Khatisa Foundation congratulated the restoration of Khakhala Traditional leadership and indicated that it will be good in terms of fastening the service delivery in their community.
Elizabeth Chavalala who spoke on behalf of the foundation said she was very blissful about the restoration of Leadership their areas and communities flanked with the founder of the Foundation Benson Ntlemo.
“We have come to lend support to a member of royal family advocate Cedrick Baloyi who is also a friend of the foundation,” said by the only child of Khatisa Chavalala Elizabeth.
Hosi Maswanganyi and Hosi Siyandhani gave the message of support during the event and also to have their status restored.
Khatisa Chavalala Cultural Heritage Foundation was established in 2018, primarily with the aim of preserving the rich legacy of prolific icon Khatisa Chavalala who was well-known artist in Xitsonga Music. Khatisa passed away on 2009 at the age of 79 but she is still living through her music.
